Refund

At ARC Print, all of our products are customizable, and you can place your order online. We take full responsibility for the print quality, accuracy, and delivery condition. If an issue arises where the replacement of the product is not possible, refunds can be initiated. A refund will be made to the same issuing bank from which the order amount was deducted. If the payments are made through electronic means like credit card, debit card, wallet, or net banking, the refund will be made using the same payment gateway.

On the customer’s request, ARC Print is liable to provide the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) or Unique Transaction Reference Number (UTR) to the purchaser for refunds made to the purchaser. Once your return product meets all our criteria, the refund will be processed from our end within 7 to 10 days.

However, in some cases, it is non-refundable if

  • Products matching the approved design without defect
  • Orders where a return request is raised after 5 days of delivery

Return

If you raise an issue about the delivered product to our customer support team, we ensure an easy, quick, and seamless refund process. You may be requested to return the product as a prerequisite for initiating the refund process. You need to arrange the return of the product from your end. We will not be responsible for picking up the product from your location. Once we receive the item, we will do a simple quality check of the delivered items before initiating the refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

You may ask for a return or refund within 5 days of delivery if -

  • If the printed product has quality issues or printing defects.
  • If the item does not match your approved design to order
  • If the ordered product arrived damaged due to transit or packaging

However, it should be noted that returns will not be accepted for correctly printed products where the approved design had errors.

Return Cost

There will be no cost for all return-eligible items. We will not arrange a reverse pickup from our end nor reimburse courier costs.

Steps to Raise a Return Request

  • Mention your Order ID
  • Upload clear photos of the issue.
  • Our customer support team will review your request and get back to you within 2 days.
  • Replacement will be provided for approved return orders within 5 to 7 working days.
