Custom Booklet Printing Online, From a Single Copy
A booklet is what you reach for when a flyer isn't enough and a brochure fold won't hold the content. Multiple pages, stapled through the spine, printed in full colour throughout. It's the format for event programmes, menus, handouts, and short guides — anything where someone needs to turn pages rather than scan one side of a sheet.
We print from one copy. That matters more than it sounds. Most printers set a minimum of five or ten, which means the only way to check how your design actually prints is to commit to the whole run. Order a single booklet first, hold it, check the colour and the trim and whether your 9pt body text is really readable, then come back and order two hundred. It costs you one booklet to de-risk the whole job.
Everything is printed full colour on every page, so photographs, product shots, charts and colour backgrounds all cost the same as plain text. The cover is 220 GSM, heavier than the inside pages, which is what stops a booklet curling in a bag or a delegate pack.
Binding is staple, also called saddle stitch: the sheets are gathered, folded together and stapled through the fold. It's the right binding for this page range. Pages lie flat when open, there's no glued spine to crack, and nothing obscures the inner margin.
Upload a print-ready PDF, pick your size, page count and quantity, and it ships free anywhere in India.
What People Print Booklets For
Events. Programmes and agendas for conferences, annual days, sports meets, weddings and cultural evenings. Usually 8 or 12 pages, often ordered close to the date.
Hospitality and retail. Menus, wine and dessert lists, service menus, treatment lists. The A5 size suits a table or a counter.
Training and education. Workshop handouts, session booklets, orientation packs, school and college booklets, activity booklets. Ordering one copy first is genuinely useful here, since these get read closely.
Business. Short company profiles, service overviews, exhibition handouts, price lists. Anything longer — a full product catalogue, a manual, an annual report — needs more pages than this product carries, so that goes through a bulk order.
Choosing Your Size and Page Count
A5 is the compact option. Easy to hold, easy to hand out in volume, and it fits a delegate bag or a back pocket. Good for programmes, menus and short handouts where the content is mostly text with a few images.
A4 gives you close to twice the area per page. Pick it when you have photographs, product images, charts or tables that need room, or when the booklet will be read at a desk rather than carried around.
On page count, work out your content first and then round up to the nearest multiple of four. A blank page inside a booklet reads as deliberate white space. Content squeezed to fit does not.
Preparing Your File
Supply a single PDF with individual pages, not spreads. Spreads get printed two-up on one side and the page order comes out wrong.
300 DPI, CMYK. Images pulled from a website are usually 72 DPI and will look soft in print.
Keep text and anything important at least 10mm from every edge, and clear of the inner margin where the fold sits.
Add bleed on any background or image that runs to the edge, so trim variation doesn't leave a white line.
Page count must be a multiple of four, and page one is the front cover.
