Bulk t shirt printing starts at ₹200 a piece for a polyester sports tee and runs to ₹580 for a 450 GSM premium polo. Minimum order is 100 pieces per style, and the per-piece price steps down from there — discounts reach up to 70% at higher volumes. What you actually pay depends on four things: the shirt you pick, how many you order, the print method, and how much of the garment you're covering. A single-colour logo on the chest is a different job from a full-front photo print. We print on our own stock. We source the shirts and print them here, which means you get one supplier, one invoice and one delivery date rather than coordinating a garment supplier and a printer separately.

If your artwork has more than three or four colours, or you want a photo on the shirt, this is the method. No colour limit and no setup per colour. Screen printing is the better choice for large runs with simple artwork — a two-colour logo across 500 shirts. The ink sits in the fabric rather than on it, so it survives more washes, and the per-piece cost drops sharply at volume because the setup is a one-off. Embroidery is available on selected shirts — stitched logos rather than printed. It's the most durable option and it reads as the most expensive, which is why it suits polos for client-facing staff. Not sure which fits your artwork? Send it with your enquiry and we'll tell you which method it needs and what that does to the price.

Bulk t shirt printing from 100 pieces, DTF or screen printed, delivered in 8 to 10 days. Below is what we stock, how the printing works, and what to expect from the ordering process.
Cotton, polyester and poly-cotton blends across the range:
All styles run S to XXXL. Tell us your size split at enquiry stage — most bulk orders skew toward M, L and XL, and we can pre-sort by size if you’re distributing across locations.
We print one shirt with your artwork on it and send it to you. The remaining 99 or 999 only go into production once you’ve confirmed it looks right. On apparel that step matters more than on most products — colour on fabric behaves differently from colour on screen, and this is where you catch it.
Per style, not per order. Plenty of suppliers won’t quote below 500, which rules out anything smaller than a company-wide rollout.
Which means we recommend the method that suits your artwork rather than the one we happen to own. Embroidery available on selected styles.
DTF handles photographs and full-colour artwork without a colour limit. If you want a photo on the shirt, that’s a normal order here.
From artwork approval. Working to a fixed date — an offsite, a launch, an annual day? Tell us the date you need shirts in hand rather than the date you want to order, and we’ll confirm before you commit whether it’s achievable. Urgent runs can often be moved up.
Your own label rather than ours, if you need the shirts to carry your brand end to end. It requires a higher quantity and adds to the lead time, so mention it at the enquiry stage.
The per-piece price steps down as quantity rises. Send your requirement and you’ll have a figure within 30 minutes.

100 pieces per style. You can mix sizes within that — most orders spread across S to XXXL — but each style needs its own hundred.
From ₹200 a piece for a polyester sports tee up to ₹580 for a 450 GSM premium polo. The per-piece price drops as quantity rises, with discounts reaching up to 70% at higher volumes. Send your quantity and specification and you'll have a figure within 30 minutes.
Eight to ten days from the point you approve the printed sample, plus shipping. If you're working to a fixed date, tell us the deadline in your enquiry and we'll confirm whether it's achievable before you commit. Urgent orders can often be moved up.
S to XXXL across every style. Tell us your size split at enquiry stage — we can pre-sort cartons by size if you're distributing across multiple locations.
DTF and screen printing. DTF suits full-colour artwork, gradients and photographs with no colour limit. Screen printing suits simple artwork at high volume, holds up to more washes, and gets cheaper per piece as quantity rises. We also offer embroidery on selected styles for stitched logos.
Yes. DTF printing handles photographs and full-colour images without a colour limit. Send the file with your enquiry and we'll tell you whether the resolution holds up at print size — a photo that looks fine on a phone doesn't always print cleanly across a chest panel.
Yes. We print one shirt with your artwork and send it to you. The rest only goes into production once you've approved it. Colour on fabric behaves differently from colour on a screen, and this is the step that catches it.
No — we print on our own stock. We source the shirts and print them here, which means one supplier, one invoice and one delivery date rather than coordinating a garment supplier and a printer separately.
Yes, custom neck tags are available. It requires a higher minimum quantity than a standard order and adds to the lead time, so mention it in your enquiry and we'll confirm what's possible.
Vector is best — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG — particularly for screen printing. A high-resolution PNG or JPG works for DTF. Send it with your enquiry rather than after, and we'll tell you which print method it needs.
