Four things worth knowing before you upload:
Resolution. 300 DPI at print size. A logo pulled from a website usually won't hold up at A4 — send the original file if you have one.
Print area. A5 suits a logo or a short line of text. A4 suits a full graphic across the front.
Both sides cost the same. Logo on the front, something else on the back, at no extra charge.
File formats. PNG, JPG or PDF all work. Vector files — AI, EPS, SVG — give the sharpest result on logos and text.
